What areas are available for delivery?
We deliver within the city limits of Joplin and
Webb City. If you live outside the city limits, please
call ahead and make sure we can deliver to you (there may be
an additional charge for deliveries outside our delivery
area). If we put a door hanger on your door, but you are
outside the city limits, it is safe to assume we deliver to

How do I place an order?
You can place
an order online at EagleTakeout.com or call
417-483-0764 and one of our customer
service representatives will assist you with placing your
order. _______________________________________
How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume
and time of day. We usually quote between 45 minutes and one
hour for dinner deliveries, but we strongly recommend lunch
orders to be placed the day before so you can secure your
desired delivery time. We recommend that large orders be
placed at least the day before and you can schedule deliveries
days, weeks, or even months in advance.

What is the delivery charge and food order
minimum?
The delivery fee is
$3.99 and with most restaurants there is a
10% markup on the order.
There is a $6.00 minimum
food total for all orders per
restaurant.

What are my payment options?
* Corporate: Cash, Credit Card, Company Check (company
check address must match delivery address) and
eagletakeout.com Gift Certificates. * Residential/Hotel:
Cash, Credit Card, and Gift Certificates.
If you are
paying with cash and have a bill larger than $20.00, you must
either leave a note in your online order or tell us over the
phone. Our drivers do not carry enough change to break larger
bills without notice.

Can I order from multiple
restaurants?
Yes, you can order from multiple
restaurants, but we do require that you meet the $6.00 minimum
order and pay the normal delivery fee for each

Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery
zone?
Delivery zones are limited to ensure that
your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always
arrive hot, fresh and delicious. Catering or larger orders are
placed in advance and may be available for restaurants outside
the delivery area for an additional fee. Please
call 417-483-0764 and a customer
service representative will assist you with your

How do I know that my online order has been
placed?
All online orders must be confirmed by phone
to ensure accuracy and to secure delivery times before they
are processed. You will receive a confirmation number as soon
as your order is placed online and a confirmation phone call
is expected by the customer within minutes of placing your
order. If you do not call within 15 minutes of placing the
order, we are not liable for any orders that did not go

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot
be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If
you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order,
call 417-483-0764
and a manager will assist

I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
If there are any problems with your order,
you must call us within 15 minutes of the order being
delivered. We will confirm with the restaurant
regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant that
the problem was on their end, we will either re-deliver the
missing/incorrect item or refund you the amount. If our driver
has to re-deliver, you must give the driver the incorrect
item. If the incorrect item is not provided or was correct
after inspection, you will be charged for both

Is gratuity for the driver included in my
order?
Gratuity is generally not included for orders
under $75. Please consider the efforts of your mobile waiter
and we suggest tipping the driver just like you would a server
in a restaurant. All orders over $75 will be subject to a
minimum 15% gratuity to ensure that your driver is amply
compensated.
EagleTakeout.com reserves the right to
implement an automatic gratuity to any order at our
descretion. As indpendent contractors our drivers have
the right to refuse
delivery.

No. Only EagleTakeout.com
coupons are valid with our delivery orders. By the way,
liking us on facebook is a good way to get eagletakeout.com

How do I add a special request?
Once
you've added an item to your cart you will need to click
'Customize' then type in your special request. Please view
our Order Help page
for detailed information on customizing your order. *Please
note that any modifications made to your order may incur
additional fees at the restaurant's discretion. For example
many restaurants charge a fee for extra cheese, salad
dressings or substitutions for side
items.
